Tulip Table Numbers

Spring is in the the air! I'm so glad all of this snow and cold weather is finally behind us. I've had a bad case of Spring fever these past few weeks, which is why I was so happy to be invited to host a Soiree for an organization that I hold near and dear to my heart-The ACE Women's Network of Higher Education.

For this event, I wanted to create the perfect spring centerpieces that would also serve as table numbers. I was looking for something that was feminine, classic, chic, and springy. I chose to incorporate pink tulips and lemons for a classic fresh spring feel.

This project is a must for your next spring fling! See how I designed this look below.

My favorite go-to vase is the Yankee Candle jar I re-purpose once I'm done burning the candle. These jars are perfect for decorating and storage.  I use them for everything!

Next I bought some plastic shot glasses at the dollar store for $0.50. These will hold the lemons in place in an up-right position against the glass.

Slice all the lemons and place them in the glass jar surrounding the shot glass.
I then purchased one roll of burlap and ribbon from Walmart to decorate the jars. Simple but chic.

You don't have to go to an expensive florist for good flowers. These beauties were 20 for $12 at Big Y grocery store. I also added two bags of Babies Breath for $2.00. The Babies Breath and Burlap added a bit of a rustic feel, which recently I have come to really enjoy incorporating.

To complete this look, I included the mini-chalkboards that I re-purposed from the wine and cheese event I hosted back in March. They were the perfect final touch.

Favorite Finds
- Re-purposed Yankee Candle jars
- Flowers (Try your local grocery store to avoid paying high prices)
-Ribbon & Burlap (Walmart)

Sophisticated, easy and budget friendly! Tulip Table Numbers are perfect for any spring event you might be hosting this season. The lemony aroma fills a room with just the right amount of a fresh, clean fragrance.

Thanks for stopping by!
